TERMS OF USE

SG apps purchased on Apple’s App Store are governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, with the following additions.

 

Permanant Licenses

If you purchase a permanent license to an SG app with a one-time purchase, you are entitled to use the app and any published updates, and you will have continuous access to any data created in the app, for as long as the app supports your device and operating system. SG typically provides support for the current and immediatly-previous versions of operating systems and hardware, but can’t guarantee that apps will forever function on future versions. Before upgrading hardware or operating systems, it is your reponsibility to back up any data you need to retain, and to check platform support of the relevant app before upgrading.

 

Renewing Licenses

If you purchase a renewing license (for example monthly or annual) to an SG app with a recurring payment, you are entitled to use the app and any published updates, and you will have continuous access to any data created in the app, for as long as the app supports your device and operating system AND you have an active license. SG typically provides support for the current and immediatly-previous versions of operating systems and hardware, but can’t guarantee that apps will forever function on future versions. Before upgrading hardware or operating systems, it is your reponsibility to back up any data you need to retain, and to check platform support of the relevant app before upgrading.

Important Note for Renewing Licenses: If your renewing license to an SG app lapses, we do not guarantee that you will be able to access data created in the app without renewing your subscription. It is your responsibility to export or back up any data that you want to retain, before your license lapses.
